By far the BEST smoked fish...prices for salmon are high, that's salmon, but the best smoked fish hands down...shared it with several guides in the area, steelhead and charter, all said the same, never had better...took them 10lbs to smoke for me at 6$ a lb...I catch them, you smoke them for that price... What Mark H doesn't like about The Village Smokehouse:
I bought a dry aged strip and a ribeye. It's tough for me to even put into words how bad they were. I have never tasted meat like this before. After a couple bites, (only took more than one because I couldn't believe the taste) my wife and I just had to throw them out. What a waste of money.
