What Justine S doesn't like about Paolo's Bistro:
We were there less than 15 minutes....There were two bugs on the table (only in front of MY plate), they were running out of food, and the waitress accused us of being underage (even though all of us had our ids including our designated driver who wasn 't drinking). After half of our group left (because we refused to eat there) the other half was pressured and guilted into ordering more! We were told we were lucky to... View all feedback.
Excellent Italian food here. Great service too. A must stop if you’re in Pahoa to see the lava glow.

Our family of five loved eating here. We had some seafood and veal dishes and brought our own bottle of wine (the 7 Eleven up the street actually has a good selection of wine! as it is a BYOB place. We also chatted with Paolo and the wait staff who were all very nice. Wish we could dine there more often!
Excellent home made old style Italiano for Puna. Yes it is a little expensive, but well worth the cost for local sourced home cooked food. I have eaten most everything on the menu and it all it perfecto. Bring your own wine, and enjoy your time.
We had the best Veal Picatta since long ago in New York City Little Italy.
