I've been going to Chicos for the first time. I have met many authentic Mexican restaurants, not like Chipotle, TacoBell around Portland Metro area.. Many of my friends will agree that I love food and eat at low and high-end locations. Staying from high-end location since place is $50 and you get only a small part at times where I hungry.
