Sometimes I just have to have lunch or dinner at Arby's. A couple of nights ago was one such meal. (Actually, my husband and I ordered 2 meals each. So I stopped at this location because my blood sugars were low and grab a regular roast beef sandwich and the girl in the Drive-Thru was extremely rude because I was using a coupon and asked me why I didn't tell the drive to person when I place the order but I was going to use it I told her I said my blood sugars are low and very disorientated I just need my sandwich so if you have diabetes don't go to this location… View all feedback.
Because of COVID, was drive through only and short staffed; nevertheless the staff was professional

Consistently courteous and kind window people. Rapid service on my food. Well done team!
Great service. Food was great. But my sandwich was very sloppy they are hard enough to eat without a mess already.
