robbin. I thought I'd come to a local family owned by large seafood restaurant. what I got was a place to get deep roasted (once frozen) food. just about everything is deep fried and what did not have any taste. homemade rolls. were bought commercially. crab cake specialties we asked if they were pan meerrot and they were said to come baked and deep roasted. not impressed.
