Ordered at 1pm at Firehouse Subs on Labor Day. The owner took our order and repeated the order back to us. Two chicken sandwiches on white. We got our lunch home and started eating it. It was not up to usual standard. We eat there often and always recommend it. The bread was wheat, not white. There was very little chicken and very little lettuce. The taste was off. Ordered via their app, saying I'd pick up at 1:30. But at 1:30 the sandwich was cold. No outdoor seating (in October, at least), and the TV inside audibly played ads the whole time. View all feedback.
I have absolutely 0 complaints with firehouse food every time I have ordered them it's been fresh,efficient,&quick.awesome customer service.
There was a hair in my sub, but didn't wanna blow up so ate it anyway
I asked for extra pickles, and they gave me so many pickles!! 10/10
I had the brisket sandwich and it was amazing. Clean shop, good spacious seating. The staff were friendly and patient
