Great german tradition,food,and beer. Not much else to say except everyone is friendly and it's a great time!
Last year 2022 was my first year going. It was a blast and the sauerkraut balls amazing!! Looking forward to trying more foods this year!
Definitely the best festival in the area. The prices are pretty reasonable. They have a huge variety of German beer and wine. I haven't sampled all the food...

"We found this gem completely on accident. At 1st we were confused by the location. The restaurant is located on the AGF festival grounds. A quick drive-through will show that this cute little area is worth taking a visit to during their German-american festival. Once inside the atmosphere is cute and very German from the alpen horn above the fireplace to the German chalet style bar. The atmosphere is small intimate and club like. The service is quickly and attentive. They are famous for their humongous pretzels when fortunately did not get one as we opted for the sampler platter which came with a smalker pretzel, wurst of our choice, potatoe pancakes, and sauerkraut all very good. For the entree, I had Venus snitzel which came with 2 sides I chose the spetzel and the glaze carrots. The special was offered with 2 kinds of gravy traditional jager and a chicken gravy I chose the jager as it sounded like it would have more flavor unfortunately the wine and spices that were promised were not present in the final product. It was still good. It just tasted more like a cream of mushroom soup. The schnitzel and the glaze carrots were as advertised.. My intended partner had the perch special. He was very oleased with his meal. We ordered desserts to go and ordered the carrot cake and the black forest cake. We highly recommend both."
