One of the employees made our experience great. He cleared our table and made sure we had everything we needed. He took the visit from a 3 star to a 5 star. Besides the employee the food was not the greatest. I got the new BBQ brisket sandwich and there was hardly any meat. What Tim Bassett doesn't like about Cafe Zupas:
This place is ok if you need to grab something semi healthy. But you’ll see how chaotic it is in there as they try to balance out online orders and in person orders. They’ll ask you your order 2-3 times because they are trying to multi task. And they’ll even split up your group to do online in between. It’s kinda annoying.
