"Incredible size for a small (double scoop) but wanted to order a litre container of my favorite flavor ice cream and was told they don't make buckets for that flavor (rum and raisin). That was a bummer. They offered a smaller container that was even more costly to which really doesn't make sense to a consumer. So I be only able to get that flavor while visiting a Kawartha dairy. Recommend that they itemize what you can or can't pick up flavors in the container."

"Placed a take out order tonight for 2 of the same sandwiches. They were soggy upon delivery and were made differently. Asked for basil aioli on my sandwich and it got put on my potatoes. I was clear with my words over the phone but still didnt get my order right. I will order again in hopes of having a better experience."

"Ordered eggs medium; received them runny and very under cooked. Pointed the error out to waitress who actually stood there using a defensive and argumentative tone of voice that I was wrong! That the eggs were cooked medium. No take them back which she did...in crusty way. A good fifteen minutes later received by eggs but they were now scrambled!!! And to boot, the rest of my order wasn't returned (toast, potatoes, ham) I actually had to ask where's my breakfast--to which she replied, oh didn't you eat it (again in accusing tone intimating that I wanted a second breakfast on the house) Wow, the most unpleasant breakfast I've ever, ever had. Will I return? What do you think? Hell. NO!"

"Gluten friendly and amazing staff. Always feel so comfortable and the food is amazing. Love travelling for work just because I can go to this restaurant and talk with the incredible staff. Try the grape and olive salad. It's so amazing."

"We came for a very late dinner while on a road trip. Between us, we had their beef KBC, grilled chicken KBBC, and my surprise order (I give a couple of options and ask them to surprise me) of the Brie Fig. All 3 were amazing. The Brie Fig is the best burger I have ever had. The flavour combination was unreal. The fries were fantastic and the homemade house salad dressing was delicious and refreshing (honey lemon vinaigrette)."
