just came through the drive through a busy Friday night and got amazing service! the woman who worked the window was an absolute ass to get the order perfect and welcome me with professionalism and ease. eating was fast, hot and perfectly prepared. Stopped in for dinner before a movie and was not impressed! Burger patty was stringy beef and cold and the tomatoes they had cut up in tray were butt ends had to ask for better tomatoes. Onions looked like they had been sitting there for way too long. Tables and bathroom were all dirty. Extremely disappointed! View all feedback.
Excellent chicken bacon ranch poutine in gravy ruined! the first time here to visit as an American ontario and was satisfied with my overall experience. I ordered the regular size and it was a bit too much for a portion. recommend to anyone who has not tried poutine! I've never seen harvey in the states.
A go to location with good, well made Harvey's food. I have visited this location and have always been met with a nice smile and courteous service. A big thank you to cashier Robin for assisting me with two Ultimate Dining cards towards my bill. I'll be back. I recommend the classic poutine made right with cheese curds. Thanks Harvey's!
We were here on August 20/22. We were served by Robin, who greeted us and was very friendly. She was quick taking and reading back the order. Checking for scene card and ringing the order. Over all experience including food was great.
I eat here everyday and the food service has always been exceptional. Tip for everyone if you don 't already know, Ask for 2 can dine for 11.99 .. it 's always avail with no coupon and U get 2 full combos for 13 bucks. With real meat patties not wats this McDonald 's.
This location has a serious staffing issue. MANY times I have frequented this restaurant only to get excuses about them being short staffed. Is this a management problem or do employees just don't care anymore? I always order using the app. On a previous visit I was in the drive thru about to pull up to the window when all the lights turned off. I was handed my food and told that they were closing early as they were short staffed. Clearly this is a chronic problem at this location. I guess what I am trying to say here is that you should be prepared to wait for your order. The staff who ARE there really do work hard to serve you and they should get all the credit. As for the food... I can't complain. Always hot and made exactly how I want it. The food is always handed to me with a smile. Use their app.. coupons are there for the taking and you can link the app to your credit card. Easy peasy.
