"We came home today, stayed for 3 days. During our 1-day arrival, the reception is actually at the counter of the restaurant, which would be no problem if one employee did not have to deal with the reception, service and serving. He showed me the room and then rushed downstairs, so I couldn't even ask questions (which I wanted to) This evening we went downstairs to eat our dinner, this lady came and went and didn't know where she was, there was so much work, but she did her work alone. It was almost 20 minutes before we got the soup, the whole dinner was 1.5 hours. In short, more staff would be needed, the gentleman (I think the owner) could be a little friendlier. Half-board meals could be written out which day and what. Rooms: There would be some cleaning to improve it The floor was a meter of dirt Garbage under the bed There is no TV in the room, at least not in the one we were in.
