Granite City Food Brewery - Orland Park

Took our family for an amazing brunch. The food was awesome and the price was good as well.

Have had brunch here multiple times over the last few years. Food quality and food choice on the brunch menu greatly diminished from previous visits. Service was slow for getting our drinks, we got our own food, but not much choice.Much better brunch choices include Meson Sabika or the club in Oakbrook

Horrible!! We had the Sunday brunch and it was awful!! If I could give it no stars I would. We got there at noon and several of the tray were empty or half empty and every time we went back up there, something wasn’t filled. They were out of the Mac and cheese the entire time we were there. We scrapped the bottom when we arrived and never was refilled. The donuts were hard and the Oreo topping were stale. The waiter took forever to come to us the first time to take our drink order and then was scarce after that. There actually wasn’t that many people there when we first arrived so I don’t know what took so long for him to come over. I asked him a simple question and he didn’t really have an answer so he must have been new or just an idiot!! We overheard several other tables complaining that there was no food up there. Their server said that they were bringing more out which is a crock because we were there for 45 minutes and hardly anything got refilled. They have been doing brunch for several years now and should have this down pat. This is the 4th or so time we have been to this restaurant (lunch and dinner as well) and each time we go back I think it will get better and maybe the last time was just an off day. Nope!! Never again. It was awful!! I can’t believe this restaurant is still in business!! Yuck!!

Food was not worth the price service was ok took quite awhile to get food once we ordered. Was not that busy as we were there at 6 pm.

If I could give our server more than five stars, I would.
