Customer service should be already learned by an employee that looks close to 80. It is true that Randy is clueless about his unfriendly staff. He makes excuses for their ignorance! Got some great steaks for our anniversary. The butcher came out(maybe Randy)and gave detailed instructions on how to grill the steaks and they came out perfect.
Good quality meat he cut the steak slices just how I wanted them good customer service. Saved me from going to the city
