Blue Jacket's Gastropub - Orlando

Came to support this place in his first week and there had a lot of the first week problems a restaurant in the regular face. uneven kitchen work. an incomplete menu. server not quite familiar with routine. what is unimaginable is eating. we had 4 dings from the menu, of which all were good (bbq wings) too good (drilled mahi sandwich). they must finally expand the menu, but until they do a handful of things quite well, and they also need to improve the ambiente, while everything is clean and easily upgraded from the previous gastropub, it lacks character and identity. So my proposal for now is to support this location. be patient with it and in a few months check whether it has built on a decent foundation.
