What Jordan Peacock likes about Captain D's:
Great food, fast drive-through, and better than average at getting orders right. 5 stars for that. LOVE the food. However indoor dining has gone downhill, and I?m reluctant to ever dine in there again. Dirty tables, ants crawling at a couple of the booths and near the register, and a sagging waterlogged ceiling tile dripping water on the floor during my last visit. View all feedback.
What J D doesn't like about Captain D's:
Wanted to try for the 1st time so we decided to stop by the drive thru. The young lady taking the order sounded frustrated and not very friendly. I ordered just shrimp, fries and mac n cheese. My son had a soda and churro fries. We were asked to pull up to wait for our order after we paid. Twenty minutes later I was given my food. I drove to the gas station and opened my bag. I know it's captain Ds but still. Food was fresh from fryer. Tea was spot on and cashier delivered food when it was ready. Excellent customer retaining service....
