This was a great option in the Contemporary Resort to grab a quick bite to eat. We ordered this for pickup twice and they just made it so easy. Did a mobile order and when I went to pick up the food during the time allotted, it was waiting for me on the shelf and all I had to do was grab it and go. Disney used to be a magical place but the last 5 years has been getting worse and worse. Service is horrible and the food at their hotels is awful, high-school cafeteria food is better than this garbage.
