Business breakfast was good and was very timely for my meeting

Both servers were not efficient at all. The only server we encountered seemed unaware that the restaurant even accepted reservations. Our drinks were incorrect, and there was no lid on the children's cup, which was made of polystyrene, while the table next to us had plastic cups with lids. Additionally, no spices were offered with our food, which arrived lukewarm. My husband's burger was missing the Chipotle mayo, and mine had no BBQ sauce. We also had to request spices and ketchup for our cold fries. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
