What User doesn't like about Einstein Bros. Bagels:
I ordered a bagel with bacon egg and cream cheese, I tell them that the last two times I ordered that when I came home, there was no cream cheese. You apologised and said I will make sure your arden is correct. I don't get a cream cheese home!! I go back and show them and they give me cram cheese and a knife to it on myself.. bad service!!!
