The food quality here is always consistent. I’ve come to Fuji for 10 years and it’s still one of the best sushi’s in Orlando, and the prices are super affordable for both Sushi and Hibachi. Been eating here for a couple of years. Enjoyed until lately. They are slipping in their preparation of food. The past three visits, the onion/mushroom soup has tasted different each time.
