The pizza is not cooked in a traditional oven. It’s cooked on a screen (you could see the screen pattern indentation on the bottom of the crust) which would NEVER happen in a real NY pizzeria. Not cooking the pizza in a pizza oven makes the crust soft and, let’s face it, NY pizza is all about the crust. NY pizza this is not. However, the sauce was very good and there was a generous amount cheese. View all feedback.
