very disappointed! I've been there several times, always great service. not this time! had to ask to clarify the table between the curses. had to ask for new best. we cleaned our own champagne. never asked if we want a bottle or a wine. had to ask for brotservice. the manager made it only worse by showing that the service in the lounge area is not as much as the main dining room (where we are asked to take place). un...
