3. I called ahead to check the wait time, and they assured me there wouldn't be any. However, when I arrived 10 minutes later, I was informed there was a 35-minute wait. I'm really frustrated! They wasted my time and made me feel undervalued. This place needs to improve its customer service, as it's been nothing but disappointing.

The steaks were cooked to perfection, but the baked potatoes were almost burnt, and there was only a tiny amount of cheese, chives, and bacon for the loaded toppings—about a teaspoonful. What a disappointment.
This Outback restaurant offers the best customer service I've ever experienced! Sunny was our server for our party of 10, and she was exceptional. I can't forget to mention the amazing food as well! Everything received a 10-star rating in terms of service. Outback is truly fortunate to have such outstanding staff. I highly recommend it for friends and family—you won’t be disappointed!
