What Dock Cummerata likes about Stake N Shake:
This place is a great quick bite. Cheap, delicious and fast service. The only thing thats really expensive is their shakes which are half off from 2-4. It only has a 4 star because it's food is really good but not like other places I've eaten. It's fast food after all. Great place though! read more.

What Betsy Heaney doesn't like about Stake N Shake:
The service took 20 mins for one order. Once I received my order the chicken strips were COMPLETELY RAW. I asked for a refund and they told me I would not be reimbursed and all they could do was make another order. I ate completely raw chicken from this Steak n Shake BEWARE! "I can't even come near this store without stopping. The chocolate chip cookies with the vanilla cream in the middle is my weakness. My husband always picks up prints from the next door and he knows to come home with at least one of these cookies. Everything from this place is amazing. The staff is friendly but serious- I want a tub of this vanilla cream <3 her perfectly light and not excessively sweetened. Treat yourself and often."

"I’m ashamed to say I’ve lived less than a mile away for 5 years and just not tried the Aardvark. The food is delicious, the service was great and the atmosphere was fun and upbeat. We came for Sunday brunch and got the hangover sandwich (pictured) and the steak n eggs (pictured) along with bottomless mimosas. First of all, there is a special place in my heart for a restaurant that knows that a mimosa is 99% champagne and 1% juice (we are rounding up here). We got the pineapple mimosa but they also had orange and cranberry as options. I will say, my steak was cooked more medium than medium well but I personally only order medium well at restaurants that aren’t known for their steaks because they usually undercook it so it’s not even worth taking a star away. The breakfast potatoes were seasoned very well. Our server made sure to keep our drinks full and show us pictures of her dogs (always a win for us). I also appreciate that they have a lot of deals on Monday’s for service workers such as Monday brunch, $2 miller lite or yeunglings and $3.50 house wines all day. Definitely recommend."

"What can I say? I love Chick-fil-A! No matter where I go, the service is always fast and friendly. Love their seasonal milkshakes, peppermint is my favorite with peach next to! No better chicken sandwich. Like the waffles, too."
