Linda is an amazing leasing agent and will walk you through everything as well as answer all your questions. The property is being renovated under this new management and looks great, feels safe and luxurious. Run away...do not walk. This place cares more about doormats than informing residents about an armed robbery in the building. They will literally email you constantly, yet never follow through. When it is important, they 're completely silent and you find out about major events through Facebook news articles. New management aside from maybe one person is horrible. Alex is the Best! He is very personable and made my moving experience a breeze. 55 West is lucky to have him.
