Went there Wednesday another lady and her child in line and another lady picking up her cake. The cake lady demanded her 10 dollar discount, the employees showed her that she got it. The lady demanded to speak to manager, manager said the same thing. We have been loyal customers at this location for so many years and never had an issue or a problem. Today thanksgiving day, we went in and my mom ordered the same as always a chocolate mousse with fudge sauce. She always asks for extra fudge and that was never an issue in the pass 5 years. Excellent banana split and smoothie!

This location does not serve clients in an orderly fashion. While I was there with my kids, people were being served in front of us. Terrible service for a BR....

"Bistro Ristoro is easily one of our favourite restaurants in Ottawa. It's a wonderful local business run by the best people we always have great conversations with Vlado and Lydia when we are there. The restaurant serves delicious, authentic Macedonian food. The last time we went there we had the piquant stuffed champignons, the pillows, the spicy sausage roll ups, and much more everything was AMAZING! One of my favourite dishes there has to be the Halloumi and roasted red pepper appetizer the Halloumi is the perfect consistency and tastes really great! Their pizzas and mains are also fantastic, and I highly recommend the Oliva pizza if you like olives and mushroom : One of our favourite things about this place is the passionate and energetic team that runs it you can tell that the owners and staff truly care about putting delicious food out for their customers! It's unfortunate that we had to move out of Ottawa and can't visit anymore, but this is going to be our go to place every time we travel to visit the city in the future!"
