Don't hold a really adorable couple (Rosa in the room and her cook husband). In particular, we eat lunch for a reasonable amount. The kitchen is home. The Porc aux Coques (Carne Alentejana) that we had previously ordered is sublime. It's pork net with potatoes and marinated hulls that can confide in the oven... a delight.
