What Silvia G likes about Southern State Of Mind:
Nice truck with variety of southern comfort food. The thigh high chicken sandwich has it all toasted buttery bun, perfectly grilled chicken, grits, jalapeños, cheese, pickled red onions and slaw. The grits are amazing on their own. Wasn't huge fan of the spices in the slaw by itself, but works really well with the whole sandwich. Got their peach cobbler which was a nice light dessert. Tried it today and honestly it's below average The meat was dry and the bread was clearly from Walmart So if u're hungry and it's the only option then it's ok but not worth the price View all feedback.
