"Historic restaurant since 1845, I always go here when I'm in Gstaad. Swiss chalet atmosphere, impeccable service. French, German or English spoken fluently by all waiters and waitresses. Wise prices but in line with Gstaad. Proper cuisine, it's not gastronomy. A la carte vegetarian dishes. I really like this place out of time."

"Grilled veal paillard Gorgonzola gnocchi were delicious. Nice wine list. Really enjoyed the Montepulciano d’Abbruzzo. The Caramelita sundae was to die for. Service was good but not very attentive. Great ambiance for a date night."

"A really good diner on the Terrasse with the sound of the rain and storm ! The foie gras is amazing and two big pieces ! L'ardoise des délices du terroir and ardoise de la mer was really delicious just the piece of pork that I didn't like and was not warm enough ! The only disappointment was the coffee with only a Cailler chocolate ! Maybe a home made biscuit or chocolate was more appropriate ?"
