What John Chappuis doesn't like about Pizza Delight:
Came to a family friendly place for some supper with friends. The food was great but the service was a little slow due to "a phone that wouldn't stop ringing." Beers stood empty for a long time as a result. Great pizza though and the kids loved their kids meals. View all feedback.
Just an excellent renovation to the Pizza Delight to include the Bunker so one can go in and watch sporting events as well as eat in. This is what Oromocto has needed a good addition to the area
First time in since expansion/reno. So large now, booths and tables. Able to accommodate large groups. More food choices. Bbq nachos are delicious. Fairly priced. Impressed.
We went to Pizza Delight at our 6 yr olds request for her birthday. Upon being seated we informed the waitress that it was her birthday. No smile, no well wishes - just a stern lookand the comment "I hope you brought ID?" I was confused and asked what she was talking about. She just repeated I hope you brought ID to prove it's her birthday. She was so rude, and nasty I couldn't believe it. Apparently there is a free kids meal (value $4) on a childs birthday that we weren't aware of. I asked the waitress to speak to the manager regarding her rude behavior - SHE INFORMED ME SHE WAS THE OWNER. Apparently she is more concerned about not giving out a free $4 kids meal than with being kind, courteous or cheerful to a 6 year old little girl on her birthday. Disgusting behavior. We had been to pizza delight 3 or 4 time previously, and experienced very slow service (35-40min average for pizzas) and disgruntled miserable employees... with a final bill averaging $50. We will never ever return, and wish to warn others about the poor customer service and quality of this establishment.
Really disappointed. the world said it was the restaurant for a birthday that lunch or cake was free. really disappointed dinner for the party to my daughter with friends and when I received the bill nothing free. lack of drink and never offered for another drink. Next time I'm going somewhere else.
