Gourmet Kitchen Chinese - Feedback

What briantravelman doesn't like about Gourmet Kitchen Chinese:
I ended up getting from here two days in a row. The establishment is very lovely, and the food is delicious and exotic, though the Chicken Cashew dish was a bit too salty, but calling it authentic Chinese is a stretch. They have some good lunch specials, but at least if you do takeout, they put more chow mein in your box then meat. And the meat ratio you get when you eat in, isn 't much higher. My dad and stepmom rave about this place all the time so when me and my boyfriend wanted Chinese food we decided to try this place out and oh my god it was amazing.
