Had to ask for the wine list, missing two knives from the table, overcooked fish, cold plate of food in general, no willingness from the chefs to rectify the order, instead all they offered was a free main course. the so called 'kids burgers ' a slab of mince between two jaw stretching slices of baguette, one tomato slice and a leaf of wilted lettuce. "Took the boat from Kungshamn to have breakfast and we were positively surprised by the fantastic breakfast buffet, at a very decent price. You will find everything from cereal to bread to eggs to typical sill/herring and lots of sausages and salami. The coffee was great too. The staff wasn’t particularly friendly or service minded, and we were reminded fairly sternly that the breakfast lady was going to start putting the dishes away. We took it in good spirits though. We even brought our dishes in from the outside but weren’t even thanked. But unfortunately this has become pretty common in Sweden professionalism and courtesy aren’t valued by Swedes it seems. At least Brygghuset don’t seem to think it is important. The whisky collection is fantastic, by the way. We will come back to try some another time."
