"We dined in here. They weren't busy so service was fast. However, when our food did come, we were still missing some things. The server was very polite and friendly and got them right away for us. We all ordered pulled pork sandwiches. The pork was tender and flavorful. We ordered the creamy coleslaw(which was good , the fresh coleslaw (which was crunchy cabbage with some vinegar it was alright , the potato salad (good and fine , but the best was smoked beans (so flavorful and smokey! . They have 3 BBQ sauces at the table (mustard, sweet, and spicy , and then you can ask for the extra spicy sauce to be brought over. Overall, we enjoyed our meal here and would return."

"We went to a recommendation to try the Gator bites while we were in town. They were good, but a little harder than I had before. The red beans and rice were exactly that: red beans and rice. No sauce. The Jambalaya was decent like the Etouffee. (heat your own hot sauce to any) The atmosphere was lively and very high, and the staff was friendly and helpful."

"I had previously given a lower review because the open face roast beef was 50(the best I ever had)-50(the worse I ever had) but we gave it another try. But of us are afraid to try the roast beef again but I tried the chicken fried steak and it was very good with a added side salad. I think I was supposed to get the veggie of the day but I was so stuffed I didn’t even bother with it. The open face burger was very good as well.I might be willing to try the all you can eat catfish on Fridays, lol.Overall pretty decent just be mindful of what you order."

"This is a true hidden gem! Today was my first time here. It was really busy but we were seated right away. The menu is much bigger than I was expecting for such a small place. I ordered a hot blueberry tea to start and it was very flavorful! For lunch my husband ordered the Sampler (soup, salad 1/2 sandwich) Osage Turkey sandwich and chicken dumpling soup. I ordered the Sampler Great White Tuna melt and stuffed green pepper soup. The portions are perfect, the food is unique and delicious. My husband doesn’t typically “rave” about places but this one caught him off guard. He said “we need to come here more often for lunch”! If you’re looking for a quaint, unique place to enjoy quality ingredients, this is the place for you!!"

"We came in at a time it was not very busy and the service was great! Shortly after we arrived the place started to fill up and the food came out in a timely manner. Food was great. Everything melted in your mouth and the BBQ sauce was good too. My daughter loved the Mac&Cheese and brisket and my son loved the corn muffins and apple sauce. If you’re in this area it’s certainly worth a stop by!Kid-friendliness: Great choices for the kids and I love how my Mac&Cheese kid was able get Mac&Cheese as a side and not a main course so she could have some good protein!"
