"Unfortunately, we had no great experience here. Order the soya meat caraage and the Hamburg steak. Karaage came out first, was small, but pretty. Unfortunately we had to wait 10 minutes or so until the Hamburger Steak came without communication from the staff. It was not worth the waiting glands and muddy, with just a few slices of vegetables on the side. Soy meat caraage went cold, so I almost finished when my divider just started. We're still hungry. When I come here, I would suggest ordering more food than we did and review the reviews to know what to order. The ginger was good!"

"As soon as the lift door opens, you’ll feel totally different vibe! Food was incredible, and the lightning was just perfect. Not much space between seats but I think it’s a good place for a dinner date or a night with friends."

"Very large selection of wine for every budget. My husband and I have visited at least 10 wine shops in Tokyo and Osaka and would safely say this is the biggest we have been to. Especially in a country where space is a premium, this was a pleasant surprise. It was made better as I could order a coffee and chill out at the huge sitting sections while my other half was gawking at the wines and deciding which he wanted to sample. It’s a must visit for anyone looking for a good burgundy selection."

"Ali’s Kitchen was an amazing find for us during our stay in Japan. Although my wife and I love Japanese food, we were starting to miss Pakistani cuisine and were so happy we found this spot! Ali is an incredible host who has a fascinating backstory he can speak 10 languages and effortlessly switches between English, Urdu, Arabic and Japanese. He was super warm, friendly and welcoming when we walked in. We ordered the mutton biryani, mutton nihari, garlic naan and samosas which were outstanding! I love my food very spicy, the dishes were delicious and on point. 10/10 would recommend coming here if you’re looking for good Pakistani food in Osaka. Thanks for the good time and food Ali! "Alhamdulillah for a fully halal Japanese food (no alcohol or pork) restaurant in the heart of Dotonbori. The restaurant is clearly signed/marked and easy to find. We came around 5 minutes after its opening for dinner, on a weekday night, and there was already a crowd! So expect to wait a little. Food was a little slow (almost an hour). I would make a reservation if you have a large group. Taste wise we had the Special Ramen Naniwaya Set, Curry Chicken Rice, and Wagyu Yakiniku. 4/5 for taste, the wagyu could be more tender but the taste was good. A tiny bit disappointed that the matcha ice cream was vanilla ice cream powdered with a little matcha rather than mixed into the ice cream, but maybe that’s how it is here. The ramen is okay, but not amazing. The curry chicken was alright, could do with more flavour. Portion wise Medium is for 1 person! I’d recommended getting one meal per person and if you’re hungry upsize to a Large! Price wise spent around ¥1900 each person. There is also a small prayer room with a small wudhu area for salah."

"Got the tempeh sandwich, the soy burger, potato salad, and kombucha. They gave us a taste of home (US) and the sandwich had a good amount of mustard but no sides (the burger came with fried potatoes). The kombucha was.. not my favorite. Overall recommend!"
