This onsen used to be better than now.. Were here 4 years ago the place wasn't packed with people. Yes, this onsen is tourist/foreigners friendly. But the day I visited they just let everyone in without limitation. It was packed with lots of tourist and there aren't much space at onsen pool for everyone.
