"World class vegan food served by charming people in a charming place. They have a number of meat alternatives on hand so anyone in your party can enjoy the food and the vegans and vegetarians can rejoice at a full menu to choose from. Japan is surprisingly vegetarian and vegan challenged so it is more usual than not that a standard restaurant has few if any vegetarian options. A place like Paprika is an oasis in this desert of options. We got brought a plate by mistake so we were able to try three mains and each was top notch. All the necessary Japanese flair was there in the preparation and execution of each of the dishes we had. One of the best meals we've had in Japan so far!"

"Amazing coffee and great service. The second floor is very spacious and is comfortable to work out of. Since it’s far from the station, there’s usually plenty of room."

"Ali’s Kitchen was an amazing find for us during our stay in Japan. Although my wife and I love Japanese food, we were starting to miss Pakistani cuisine and were so happy we found this spot! Ali is an incredible host who has a fascinating backstory he can speak 10 languages and effortlessly switches between English, Urdu, Arabic and Japanese. He was super warm, friendly and welcoming when we walked in. We ordered the mutton biryani, mutton nihari, garlic naan and samosas which were outstanding! I love my food very spicy, the dishes were delicious and on point. 10/10 would recommend coming here if you’re looking for good Pakistani food in Osaka. Thanks for the good time and food Ali! "As soon as the lift door opens, you’ll feel totally different vibe! Food was incredible, and the lightning was just perfect. Not much space between seats but I think it’s a good place for a dinner date or a night with friends."

"Very friendly and affordable. We had a little chat with the cook asking in English and I answered in Japanese. And was only 736円。just make sure not to accidentally enter by the side door like me!!!"

"The location is around 300 meters from Dotonbori. The place is quite large, there is a small prayer room. The staff are Indonesian, they are very friendly. There are also various menu choices, not only ramen. The two of us ate 2 servings of ramen, chicken and dumplings, around 4000-5000 yen total."

"This place is excellent! It was only a 15 minute walk from my hotel and I came here twice for dinner! I ordered the stir fried soy meat with brown rice, soup and salad and omg! I am not really one for fake meat, but this was absolutely delicious and a lot better than what I was expecting. I then ordered 3 kinds of desert, the orange ice cream, tofu cheesecake and the banana and cinnamon cake and they were fantastic as well! The cheesecake was a real winner! The staff are really friendly and can speak some english and were very helpful. The menu has a lot of options as well. The second night I went there was also very good! This time I ordered the soy cream mushroom and vegetable pasta and wow! That was Devine : I got the organic bread with it and that was yummy and so nice a warm on a cold night. One slice was white and the other had sun dried tomatoes throughout which was nice. They also give you a choice of three little tasters before your main meal is served and that adds a nice touch to the restaurant. I got the brownie for desert on the second night and that would have to be my favourite! It was so rich and decadent with nice and creamy banana : I highly recommend this place for vegans and non-vegans! ^ ^ It was great to come here for my last two nights in Japan and it left a very good impression :P"
