Quite a huge store, with ample seats in level 1. There was supposedly a level 2, where the toilet was located. A code was needed to enter the toilet. You could ask the staff for the code if you had purchased from the outlet. There were lots of Starbucks items to buy. Some how, there was a books store inside the Starbucks. Awful service. We asked three times for extra hot drink and every time they made it warmish. They absolutely understood English and in the end we even showed them translation, but they couldn’t be bothered. They are literally didn’t care at all.
