"Originally this establishment ranked a high 5 Stars...not after tonight. We placed an order for delivery. Over an hour passes and we have not received our meal. We call the restaurant and are told...they didn 't have time to check the APP they utilize for delivery. Our order hadn 't even been processed. They refused to do a refund. They said we could come pick up our food...defeats our choice of delivery. Then they said they were refunding our , yet they didn 't. It was not the APPs fault (go figure)! 2.5 hours later, after a manager not even talking to us, my husband picked up the order. This was ridiculous service! EPIC FAILURE in customer service! Addendum: Upon arrival owner told my husband not to return, blamed Delivery APP. We spent a lot of over the past few years...even during the pandemic. What an utter travesty! Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: 30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Recommended dishes: Sushi Appetizer, Oshkosh Roll"

"The food was really good! Nice selection of options. The service was slow considering how empty the place was. I know that food can take time and I'm ok with that. Getting a first glass of water shouldn't take that long and then never getting asked or checked on about the empty beer glass was disappointing."
