We were in town for a wedding. I knew we wanted the true Wisconsin Bar experience, I got my research. Pete’s Garage Bar was hands down the best decision made for cheese cures. They are listed in the menu as “Schotton” and they have not lied! I swear there were 60! The fried pimples were fabulous and HOT!
