"Originally this establishment ranked a high 5 Stars...not after tonight. We placed an order for delivery. Over an hour passes and we have not received our meal. We call the restaurant and are told...they didn 't have time to check the APP they utilize for delivery. Our order hadn 't even been processed. They refused to do a refund. They said we could come pick up our food...defeats our choice of delivery. Then they said they were refunding our , yet they didn 't. It was not the APPs fault (go figure)! 2.5 hours later, after a manager not even talking to us, my husband picked up the order. This was ridiculous service! EPIC FAILURE in customer service! Addendum: Upon arrival owner told my husband not to return, blamed Delivery APP. We spent a lot of over the past few years...even during the pandemic. What an utter travesty! Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: 30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Recommended dishes: Sushi Appetizer, Oshkosh Roll"

"Very nice place for dinner and a cocktail. Fully stocked bar and food is top notch. The servers and staff are welcoming and attentive to all your needs. Took my grandma and had a great time. The atmosphere gives off an Italian cozy restaurant, very charming! Recommend the scallop stir fry, French dip and of course their cheese curds made with sharp white cheddar. The best cheese curds in Wisconsin some say! The old brick building, cozy booths and cocktails are the perfect combination for a great dinner."
