"My heart is broken that they are closing the doors after 64 years. I've never had a bad experience with the restaurant or the food. Excellent chicken. Excellent pizza. Even the grilled cheese I had decades ago was the bomb. Thank you for making me and my belly happy for over 40 years of my life. Oshkosh is losing a landmark. You will be missed."

"Originally this establishment ranked a high 5 Stars...not after tonight. We placed an order for delivery. Over an hour passes and we have not received our meal. We call the restaurant and are told...they didn 't have time to check the APP they utilize for delivery. Our order hadn 't even been processed. They refused to do a refund. They said we could come pick up our food...defeats our choice of delivery. Then they said they were refunding our , yet they didn 't. It was not the APPs fault (go figure)! 2.5 hours later, after a manager not even talking to us, my husband picked up the order. This was ridiculous service! EPIC FAILURE in customer service! Addendum: Upon arrival owner told my husband not to return, blamed Delivery APP. We spent a lot of over the past few years...even during the pandemic. What an utter travesty!
