This is a nice place to hang out, either outside or inside. As a tourist I prefer inside not to freeze although they provide blankets on request. I ask for a chicken hamburger that was more like a sandwich but delicious. The service was good and as in all Norway you can order a glass of tap water with your meal! When the weather conditions is nice you can also be served outside, and there is complimentary WLAN. The premises on site are accessible, and therefore no problem for visitors with wheelchairs or physiological limitations.

What User doesn't like about Cafe Teater:
Nice seating area and ”european vibes” outside in the middle of lovely Torshov. Food was not so good though. Fries way to salty and over fried, aioli was probably bought pre made from a cheap store. Portion pretty small for the price. Cortado was burnt but the waiter was friendly and gave us a new. read more.
