"Indigenous themed menu...my wife very much enjoyed the Lingcod with pasta...I had the Bison Striploin which the server indicated was prepared to be super tender med rare...it ended up being overcooked and somewhat tough. Seasoning was on point though. Presentation of dish obviously very good.We ordered fried Bannock bread as a starter, which was good, but we made the mistake of eating too much of it, which rendered us quite full, taking away from enjoyment of entrées."
