We had a really great time with our one year old child thanks to all the play rooms and other kid friendly amenities both in the hotel and the spa area. Both dining areas were very well served and comfortable. There were only a couple downsides to our stay here one of them being that most of the staff doesn 't speak English. Don't get me wrong the hotel by itself is very nice, food even for celiak is ok. But room is dirty, bathroom had not been cleaned properly in months. Corners in room are dusty. Floor in dining room is sticky. Table service is one day perfect next day no service. And the worst that I consider unforgivable is that every single plate and or bowl in dining room is dirty.
