"Pizza was worth the trip. Spent 50$ on meh food. The staff was less than existing. I never had someone open the pizza boxes and other packages to show us. I mean, sure? It wasn't busy so is this a normal thing? It's just odd to us. We had asked for canolis and said they sure they are in the cooler when u walk in. Nope. Sold out. Which fine but say that. The deep fried ravioli was awful. Nothing inside and very heavily breaded, almost over done. Curly Tries we're good just super saturated in grease. We ended up going to the vestal one, which is such a difference."

"Are they under new management or owner? The service and quality of food has tanked severely. I brought my food to the register to attempt to fix the issue, no. You get what you get we don't return food.... Thank you for phucking our one area food, killing history and screwing the name. To think we used to ship their sauce to the south. Never again"

"Must stop when you go through. we stopped by chance and we were happy about it. waits about 7 minutes. I wanted breakfast first, but I didn't end the breakfast because it also served authentic Greek cuisine. I have the gyro and my friend has breakfast. our server was friendly, patient and attentive. they can say they are a good team of people. very clean. many parking places too. price! excellent! we live over an hour away and will definitely come back!"

"I truly believe that the only thing worth getting on the menu is the fajitas. I bought shrimp tacos and my tacos were falling apart. The cheese fries are always over cooked anymore. Probably why I only go here once a year when one of my kids suggestsit."

"The BBQ Burnt Ends N Bacon Burger is hardly "piled" at all with toppings, let alone piled high. It is pretty cool that you can get extra fries for no up charge (Red Robin is known for endless fries in-restaurant). The Pretzel Bites are always kickin. Probably wont order a burger from here again just based on food quality/amount versus price."
