"Very hard to get to. Had to drive over garbage and terrible gravel road basically a back lane. Very difficult as no one could explain parking etc in English. The drinks were very small for the price compared to other restaurants in bacalar. Service was...okay in the restaurant. They didn’t understand when asked to substitute food. The food was only okay in my opinion. Definitely not the best octopus. Meals were much smaller and more money than all the other places we attended. Very slow to take drink orders and took 15-20 minutes to get someone’s attention to bring us the bill. Also had a guitarist and singer performing. Way to loud. Hard to talk to guests over the noise. Beautiful location and view but 2,5-3 at best for food and price."
