Alla Risacca doesn't look like much from the outside, especially on a rainy day when the plastic sheeting is down to protect the outside tables. We only decided to go there because it offered a 10% discount with the OTRANTO card (which our hotel gave us), but were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food.
