The ingredients are superbly chosen and treated with much love and care for balancing the daily catch of seafood with the ideas of the chef. Service impeccable, personal, efficient and unpretentious and always with a smile. We matched our meal with a superb Pugliese rosé made from Sussumaniello an ancient, grape only found in Puglia."
