first visit. was very hot, sitting on the terrace. we had a perfectly boiled risotto “al dente” with saffron, then fresh seabream in a salt crust: maybe a minute too long in the many, but delicious and beautifully prepared. the wee was good (verdeca from puglia) perfect with the fish. price was ok, maybe a bit too high for what we had? but overall a good experience and clearly recommended to try. The wine was good (verdeca from puglia) perfect with the fish. But overall a good experience and clearly recommended to try.
