It was a cold day, but it was a room with a wood stove. I forgot the time because the flame of the wood stove was warm. Meals are 100% buckwheat oodles with salt, fresh wasabi and tsuyu sauce. It’s a great place to make a reservation! My companion said he wasn’t good at that time, but he ate about 5 pieces and enjoyed sake. It is a shop that you can enjoy over time. Recommended! 友達に招待されてから初めて来てくれました。 そばのレストラン、カフェ、フレンチレストランですが、オーベルジュにいるような感じです。 食事の前には1階の席から写真を撮ることができ、2階に案内してくれた母について話せました。 料理のそばのコースはそばの鮮度で、新しい角度から食べられた洗練された味でした。 帰りの雨に車を回ったとき、シェフは傘を自分で準備し、とても役に立ちました。 庭の花も素晴らしい生産です。
古民家を改装した店内でリラックスしたそばのランチがありました。 店内の担当の母親は料理を丁寧に説明し、そばのランチはシンプルでとても美味しかったです。 次回はフレンチそばのコースをしたいです。
電話の対応がとても丁寧で、その声の通り、とても丁寧なお仕事をされてるお店です。 蕎麦粉100%のシフォンケーキもとても美味しい。 古民家を改装された店内は一見の価値あり。 また是非訪れたいお店です。
