We have been here twice. The first time the place just seemed understaffed and dirty but the food was good, we tried it again and the staffing and cleanliness was worse, bathrooms just gross, people complaining about service time, after sitting 10 mins someone came to get drink orders, we orderd ice teas which took forever, and were basically colored luke warm water, we waited forever again to order food and decided...
